How do I deactivate my GameSpot account?

If you would like to deactivate your account, hover over your avatar in the upper-right corner of any page and click on Settings at the bottom of that menu. On the Settings page, scroll to the bottom and you will find a button to Deactivate Account. 

Note that Deactivations are permanent and cannot be un-done.
